The History
Dodgeball was originally played in Africa more than 200 years ago, but it was actually a fatal game, not a fun and humorous game like it is today. Instead of using soft rubber balls, they actually played with large stones or decaying materials, and each player was used as a fierce inter-tribal movement to hurt or neutralize their opponent by hitting them with rocks. . If the player is attacked, he tries to hit more rocks to finish. It is his teammate's responsibility to defend his fallen rival and drive the attacker to his rock. This is a good way to encourage tribesmen to join forces while fighting with other tribes to eliminate the weak and protect their own tribes.
A missionary named James H. Carlisle saw what was happening and was intrigued by the agility and ruthlessness of tribal men, and by the solidarity and mind they displayed. He spent a lot of time observing men and was fascinated by the rituals he saw every day. When he returned to England via Europe, he showed his disciples what he had seen. The European men who tried what Carlisle told them found themselves lacking the innate agility or accuracy that they could avoid or throw, and as Dr. Carlisle continued to move, he could not encourage the people he talked about sports to continue. On that. It wasn't until he returned to St. Mary's College in Norfolk that he was able to turn vicious training into an all-inclusive game.
Teams will be made up of 6-10 players. Six (6) players will compete on a side; others will be available as substitutes. Substitutes may enter the game if a ball is caught and there are less than six of their teammates on the court. Only six member of one team are allowed on the court during the game. The only other time player may enter the game is during timeouts or in the case of injury. Beginning the Game

Following a signal by the official, teams may approach the centerline to retrieve the balls. Anyone caught pushing an opponent at the start will be called out. Do not touch the other team “intentionally” at the beginning. Sliding will not be allowed at the beginning of the game, an out will be called. If a player is called out due to sliding, they cannot re-enter the game via catch.
Then they must retreat beyond the attack line before throwing the ball at opponents. After running up to retrieve a ball at the beginning of the game the player’s feet must travel across the red/yellow line and both feet must be on the ground before the ball can be thrown. A player is not allowed to jump back across the line and throw the ball in midair. The player’s feet must be one the ground behind the line.
The Main Rules
